All of the items we sell are new and in original packaging. If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part we will replace it without additional charge. Please contact us within 7-days of receipt to arrange replacement.
If you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so within 30 days of purchase as long as the original packaging has not been opened and the item is returned in sale-able condition.
Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices we cannot accept returns on any equipment where the original packaging has been opened.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment account, minus a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.
If the item is opened or used or in a non sell-able condition we will use our discretion whether to accept the return.
All health and personal care items - Items that come in contact with skin, saliva, and hair cannot be returned if they have been opened. If these items are returned to us opened they will be disposed of without a refund.
