Traveling with sleep apnea can be a challenge, but with the right travel CPAP machine and gear, you can ensure a restful night’s sleep no matter where you go. I went with the Breas Z2 since based on my research it was one of the lightest, smallest and most reliable CPAP machines on the market. The Z2 leverages a Heat / Moisture Exchanger (HME) which is a is a small, waterless humidification device designed for travel CPAP machines.
